Royalty, a Contemporary dance presentation by artist Frank Mugisha is on tour, following its Kigali premiere in February this year.
The tour dubbed Royalty European Tour kicked off in Berlin, Germany from March 16 to 21, then it was premiered in the Netherlands from March 22-to 28.
The performance is to further be staged in Bulgaria from April 1 to 8 before its return to Germany from May 10 to 20 and Holland from May 25 to June 10.
With an entwine of dance, poetry, and music, Royalty is a 35—minutes dance meditative live stage presentation that cautions and sparks debate on Africa’s historical origin, what it has become, and what befell its culture and customs.
