Nigerian Soulful singer Johnny Drille has this evening landed in Rwanda for his upcoming performance slated for September 27 in Kigali.
Drille will be performing at this month’s Kigali Jazz Junction, a monthly, and highly anticipated live event, which features an assortment of quality performances by outstanding local and guest musicians.
The Kigali Jazz Junction is to also feature performances by Afro Pop and Beat act Sintex, who has in a few years taken Rwanda by storm through songs like Ntabyubuntu, Twifunze, and others, making him one of the youngest most sought after acts.
Johnny Drille has in a few years risen, built a name for his Folk and Alternative Rock music, which has steadily captured the continent. Also signed under Mavin Records, Drille has recorded songs like Count on You, Wait for You, Finding Efe, Papa among others.
