Renowned Ghanaian Vlogger Wode Maya recently poured out his worry on how African nations are being so segregative with fellow Africans. The creative, who for a few years has won many online fans for his unique craft of touring across Africa, then uploading videos of his experience.
Over his recent East African tour, he first got arrested in Kenya on speculations that he was a spy. Following his successful Kigali experience, he toured Uganda, which he enjoyed too, but the things got worse as he departed for Tanzania. While clearing at the Enttebbe Airport Immigration office in Uganda, he was intercepted by some of the officials, who even tore his boarding ticket, hence causing him to miss a flight on claims of ‘Spying’.
His most depressive moment was when his video camera was entirely formatted, and he lost most of his Ugandan footage.
Through a video,via You Tube, Wode expressed his worry over the persistent segregation Africans direct to their fellows, and in their continent.
